Fill application form and upload required documents.

Following documents/information shall be required to fill online admission form:

(a) Scanned copy of latest colored photograph (Size: between 50KB to 100 KB).

(b) Scanned copy of signature by black pen on white paper (Size: between 20KB to 50 KB).

(c) Scanned copy of original mark sheet of the secondary or equivalent examination

(Size: between 250KB to 500 KB).

(d) Scanned copy of original mark sheet of the senior secondary or equivalent

examination (Size: between 250KB to 500 KB).

(e) Scanned copies of original mark sheets of all years/ all semesters of the graduation

examination, where these are required (Size: between 250KB to 500 KB).

(f) Scanned copy of original board certificate of the secondary examination (Size: between 250KB to 500 KB).
