Chaitanya University (CU) invites eligible candidates to get admission in following programs for the academic year 2024-2025

Ph.D (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Post Graduate Degree  from recognised board/ university.

Obtained minimum 55% marks,  relaxation of 5% marks or an equivalent grade is permitted for SC / ST / OBC (Non creamy layer) / Differently able candidates.

Women candidates and persons with disability (more than 40% disability) be allowed are relaxation of one year for M.hil in the maximum duration prescribed for the program.

Selection Process: Valid score in UGC-NET (including JRF) /UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF) / ICMR / GATE / GPAT / SLET / Teacher Fellowship and M.Phil. Degree holders.

Those who are qualified in NET/ SLET/ CSIR/ JRF/ M.Phil (Regular Mode) need not to appear for Eligibility Test.

Candidates have to visit official website of the university to apply online f0r admission.

Fill application form and pay Rs. 400/- through Debit Card / Credit Card (Master / VISA) / Net Banking.

 The Office of the Directorate of Admissions will not take any responsibility for the non receipt of applications in time.

The following Certificates (in original) are to be provided at the time of admission for verification:

(1) Graduate, Postgraduate / M.Phil Marks Statements, Degree or Provisional Certificate as applicable.

(2) Transfer and Conduct Certificates from the Institution where the candidate last studied.

(3) NET / ICMR / GATE / GPAT / SLET etc. valid scores, if applicable.

(4) Migration certificate from other than Chaitanya (Deemed to be University).

(5) Date of Birth (SSC / Matriculation or equivalent certificate).

(6) Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC / ST candidates.

(7) Medical Certificate from not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of PHC.

(8) Physical Fitness Certificate.

(9) Service Certificate and “No Objection” certificate from the present employer (for part-time candidates only).
