Application Procedure for MCA in University of Kota To procure Admission Form along with Prospectus for each of the courses, options are as follows- • Option 1- DOWNLOAD ADMISSION FORM and submit filled Admission Form to the Head of the Department of the respective course along with DD of Rs.500/-. • Option 2- Admission Form can be purchased by cash or submitting DD of Rs. 500/- from the following places- (i) Office of the Dean, Postgraduate Studies Room No. 312, Administrative Building, University of Kota. (ii) Office of the Head of the Departments of the respective courses, University of Kota. Note- DD should be made in favour of the “Registrar, University of Kota” payable at Kota |

Selection Process
For LLM, M.Com, MSW, MA and M.Sc. program candidate should secure valid score in university based entrance test.
For MBA program, candidate should pass CMAT exam.
For MCA program, candidate should pass RMCAAT.
For M.Tech program, GATE qualified required.
Admission to the MPEd program is based on centrallized admission process
For B.Sc., B.Pharm, B.Sc. (Hons) and PG Diploma program admission candidate will be given admission on Merit in the qualifying examination.
