Government Engineering College Bikaner (ECB) is an autonomous institution of the government of Rajasthan, India. Government Engineering College Biikaner is one of the premier technical education institute located in the city Bikaner(Rajasthan).The institute was affiliated with the Rajasthan Technical University,Kota but now in 2013, it is declared itself as a university in the new budget that has been passed by respected chief minister of Rajasthan, The name of university is declared as Bikaner Technical University and managed by the Engineering College Bikaner Society (ECBS).
ECB is located on 337 acres (1.36 km2) of land on Pugal Road, Karni Industrial Area, Bikaner. Total built area is more than 200,000 sq ft (19,000 m2).
It runs B.Tech (previously BE) courses in Electronics and Communication, Electronics Instrumentation and Control, Computer Science, IT, Mechanical and Electrical. Other courses includes MBA, MCA, DOEACC, and BCA.
