Shri Guru Ram Rai School of Computer Application and Information Technology (SGRRSCAIT) offers following programs for the academic year 2021-2022

BCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2  exam or equivalent  in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 45%.

Selection Process:  On the basis of entrance exam/ merit.

Fees: Rs. 1,59,900/- Total

 B.Sc. (Hons)

Specialization:

• Information Technology
• Computer Science

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2  exam or equivalent  in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 45%.

Selection Process:  On the basis of entrance exam/ merit.

Fees: Rs. 1,59,900/- Total

 MCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or Graduate Level.

Minimum marks shall be obtained at least 50% marks, 45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category.

Lateral Entry- Duration 2 years: Graduation in BCA/ B.Sc. (IT/CS) with minimum 50% marks.

 Selection Process:  On the basis of entrance exam/ merit.

Fees: Rs. 1,20,000/- Total

Ph.D. Computer Science (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold Master's Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university/ institute with a minimum of 55% marks.

Relaxation of 5% in the required percentage of marks will be given to applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC/differently-abled categories. 

Selection Process: On the basis of Research Entrance Test (RET) followed by Viva-Voce.

Attach required documents and send to the office of the university along with the DD of Rs. 550/-in favour of SGRRU/ Concerned Institute, Dehradun.

Ph.D Application Fee Rs. 2,000/- for Uttrakhand domicile. Rs. 3,000/- for others.

List of the documents should be attached with the appliction form

1. Copy of 10th School Marksheet as proof of Date of Birth

2. Copy of   10th School Certificate

3. Copy of Marksheet of 12th or Equivalent

4. Copy of 12th Certificate

5. Duly completed undertakings

6. Copy of Marksheets of Graduation (if applicable)

7. Copy of Domicile Certificate (for Uttarakhand Candidates only)

8. Copy of Cast Certificate for SC/ST/OBC Candidates only

9. Copy of Proof of Residential Address(Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill / Aadhar Card etc.)

10. Affidavit (In case of Gap year)

11. Work Experience

12. Transfer/Migration Certificate.

On completing the form an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile no.

Click on “Verify OTP” link.

Now fill your personal details in the registration form and submit it.

Log in to your account and click on “Online Admissions” link.

Fill in the application form.

Upload all the documents in .jpg format.

Submit the application form.

Pay fee online.

Filled registration form should be reached to the university admission office before due date.
