Rourkela Institute of Management Studies (RIMS) offers following programs for  the academic year 2022-2023

BCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Pass 10+2 examination in any discipline from any board / state council or equivalent.

The candidate should obtain at least 45% marks at the 10+2 level examinations.

There is no age limit to admission in the program.

Selection Process: Valid UGAT score will be preferred.

BBA (3 year)

Eligibility: Pass 10+2 examination in any discipline from any board / state council or equivalent.

The candidate should obtain at least 45% marks at the 10+2 level examinations.

There is no age limit to admission in BBA program.

Selection Process: Valid UGAT score will be preferred. 

BJMC (3 year)

Eligibility: Pass 10+2 examination in any discipline from any board / state council or equivalent.

The candidate should obtain at least 45% marks at the 10+2 level examinations.

There is no age limit to admission in the program.

Selection Process: Valid UGAT score will be preferred. 

Master of Journalism & Mass Communication (MJMC) (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree of minimum of three years duration in any discipline from any university of Odisha or equivalent recognized by UGC.

The candidate should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC / ST category) at the Bachelor Degree examination.

There is no age limit to admission in MJMC program.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

MBA (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree  from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50% marks or 45% marks for SC/ST candidates.

There is no age limit to for admission to MBA course.

Selection Process:Valid Score in Entrnace Test.

MCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level.

Business Mathematics at 10th+2 level are not permitted.

Lateral Entry: Passed or appearing for the Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration in BCA, B. Sc IT or Computer Science.

Bachelor's degree with 50% marks or 45% marks for SC/ST candidates.

There is no age limit to for admission to MCA course.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.
