National Sports University (NSU) offers admission through entrance exam to following program for the academic year 2023-2024

B.Sc. Sports Coaching (4 year)

Seats: 50

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 exam.

Minimum age should be 17 years.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Admission Test (Written Test, Sports Proficiency Test, and Physical Fitness Test).

Fees: Rs. 3,21,600/- Total

Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports  (BPES) (3 year)

Seats: 50

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 exam.

Minimum age should be 17 years.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Admission Test (Written Test, Sports Proficiency Test, and Physical Fitness Test).

Total Fees: Rs. 3,21,600/- Total

M.Sc. Sports Coaching (2 year)

Seats: 15

Eligibiity: Candidate should be Graduate with Diploma-holder in Sports Coaching/ BPEd of 4 years or 2 years duration
or any other equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks shall be eligible to apply for this program.

Desirable Qualification: Participation in Sports at State/District/College-level.

Offered Streams:  Streams in which M.Sc. (Sports Coaching) program is offered are Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Football, and Weightlifting.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 1,60,800/- Total

M.A. Sports Psychology (2 year)

Seats: 15

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Physical Education shall be eligible to apply for this program.

Minimum marks obatined 50% .

Participation in Sports at State/District/College-level.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Admission Test (Written Test, Sports Proficiency Test, and Physical Fitness Test).

Fees: Rs. 1,60,800/- Total

Master of Physical Education and Sports (MPES)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a BPES Degree from recognised university/ institute.

50% marks in the qualifying examination for UR (Unreserved), OBC (NonCreamy Layer), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Kashmiri Migrants &

Kashmiri Pandit/ Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) living in Kashmir valley.

45% marks in the qualifying examination for SC/ST.

Upload following documents

1. Certificate and Mark sheet of the qualifying examination.

2. Passport photograph and signature of the candidate on white paper.

3. Any one of the following Identification Card with Photograph.

• Aadhar Card
• Pan Card
• Driving License
• Voter ID

4. Proof of date of birth (Marksheet of 10th class).

5. Character Certificate from last attended institute/university.

6. Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate from the Board/Institute/College/ University last attended.

7. Sports Achievement Certificate(s).

8. Anti-Ragging Affidavit by the candidate, notarized by the Notary Public.

9. Anti-Ragging Affidavit by the candidate's parents, notarized by the Notary Public.

10. Caste Certificate issued by competend authority in case of claim of reserve category, if applicable. 

11. Non-Creamy Layer Declaration Form in case of OBC Candidates claiming reservation.

12. Download Format Declaration about the Medical Fitness of the Candidate by Self.

Submit attested copies of the following mandatory documents along with the original documents (for verification) at the time of admission

1. Marksheet of the qualifying examination.

2. Proof of date of birth (Marksheet of Secondary / Senior Secondary Examination).

3. Character/Conduct Certificate from the Institute/College/ University last attended.

4. Anti-Ragging Affidavits by the candidate and his/her parents, notarized by the Notary Public, in the prescribed format.

5. Bona fide Certificate testifying the candidate’s SC/ST/OBC status, if applicable, in the prescribed format.

6. Candidates claiming reservation in the OBC Category are to submit a Declaration regarding Non-creamy Layer in the prescribed format.

7. Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate from the Board/Institute/College/University last attended.

8. Declaration in the prescribed format given in Annexure VII about the Medical Fitness of the Candidate by Self and Parents, at the time of admission.
