National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur offers following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

BA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 with minimum 45% in case of general categoery and 40% for resrve categoery.

Reservation

Scheduled cast : 15%

Scheduled Tribes : 7.5% 

Physically Handicapped: 5% seats in each category are reserved for physically challenged students.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

Fees: Rs. 1,14,500/- First Semester

BBA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 with minimum 45% in case of general categoery and 40% for resrve categoery.

LLM in Intellectual Property Rights (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate has to pass Degree exam in LLB/ Five-Year Integrated LLB (Hons)/ any other equivalent exam from recognised university/ institute with minimum  55%  marks for General Categoery and 50% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category.

Reservation:

Scheduled caste : 15%

Scheduled Tribes : 7.5%

Physically Handicapped: 5% seats in each category.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CLAT.

Fees: Rs. 96,000/- First Semester

NLU: Admission Process 2023

Application Request for appearing in NET-Rajasthan can be made by sending a draft for the specified amount in favour of Registrar, National Law University, and Jodhpur.  

Admission to the BA LLB and LLM program will be through CLAT.

Application Fee for CLAT

For General/ OBC/ PWD/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI candidates: Rs. 4,000/-

For SC/ST/BPL category candidates: Rs. 3,500/-

The candidates themselves will have to bear the bank transaction charges for remitting the fee online. The actual bank transaction charges will be displayed in the payment gateway page after you choose the mode of payment.

Application Fees is non-refundable.

CLAT 2023 Dates

NLU: Ph.D Admission 2023

Ph.D. in Law (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold Master's Degree with  at least 55% marks.

A relaxation of 5% in eligibility criteria will be granted to candidates from SC/ ST/ OBC (Non-creamy layer) Category.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Applicants are required to submit the following:

1. Completed application form

2. Three copies of the proposed research topic (10 Pages) of a contemporary issue with the broad frame work of Law & related subjects.

3. A demand draft of Rs. 3000/- drawn in favour of “Registrar National Law University Jodhpur”

4. Attested photocopies of eligibility qualification certificates and mark sheets.

5. One set of published papers, monographs, articles and books (if applicable).

6. Certificate from the Institution concerned testifying the length of service (if required).

7. A passport size photograph.
