BA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 examination or equivalent  from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 45%.

BBA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 examination or equivalent from recognised board.

B.Com LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 examination or equivalent from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 45%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in LSAT.

B.A. (Hons) in Legal Studies (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 examination or equivalent from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 45%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in LSAT.

Fees: Rs. 3,50,000/- Per Year

LLB (Hon) (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 45%.

Selection Process: Admission on the basis of merit in the DULLB Entrance Exam.  

Fees: Rs. 6,00,000/- Per Year

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law from any university in India or abroad that is duly recognised under the law and by the regulatory authorities.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 45%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in LSAT.

Fees: Rs. 3,50,000/- Per Year

Ph.D. in Law (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Master's Degree in Law with minimum 55% marks from recognised board.

Candidate with more than 3 years industry/ teaching/ practising/ managerial/ professional experience will be given preference. 

Minimum marks shall be obained 55%.

Selection Procedure: Selection based on score in Entrance Test followed by an Interview.

The following categories of applicants may be exempted from taking the Entrance Test:

• Candidates who have qualified UGC/ CSIR/ JRF/ NET/ SLET (Haryana State) or any other similar examination.
• Those who hold Teacher Fellowships from the UGC or any other Government funding agency.
• Candidates who have completed their Ph.D. coursework/ M.Phil. in another University/ Organization, subject to approval by the School Doctoral Committee (SDC). Candidates shall be selected on the basis of the academic record and the potential of the applicant demonstrated during the Entrance Test and Interview.

Admissions to the Ph.D Program must be approved by the respective SDC.

Students for admission to the three year B.A (Hons) Legal Studies, fiveyear BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), three year LLB. and a one year LLM. programs at JGLS will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Law School Admission Test–India (LSAT–India).

The LSAT—India registration fee isRs. 3,799/-.
