ICFAI Law School (ILS): Admission 2023

ICFAI Law School (ILS) offers BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLM and Ph.D. in Law programs following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

BA LLB  (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility:   Candidate pass 10+2 or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.

There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST students.

Age Limit: Applicant should not be more than 20 years in case of General/OBC candidates and 22 years in case of SC/ST and person belonging to other backward community on the date of admission.

Selection Process: Valid Score in ILSAT.

Fees: Rs. 6,50,000/- Total

BBA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate pass 10+2 or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.

There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST students.

Fees: Rs. 6,50,000/- Total

LLB (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold B.A or equivalent Degree from recognized university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%.

Students in their final year awaiting results can also apply.

Applicants should not be more than 30 years of age as on the day commencement of the semester I.

However, the changes if any made to age limitations by the BCI from time to time will be followed

Fees: Rs. 1,80,000/- Total

LLM (2 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should have passed Graduation in Five Year / Three Year Law (BA-LLB / BBA-LLB / LLB) or any equivalent degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade. 

Should be qualified in the ICFAI Law School Admission Test for PG Programs conducted by ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad.

The applicants appearing for final year examination and awaiting results may also apply for the Admission Test.

The admission however, remain provisional until they produce mark sheets establishing their eligibility.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 1,80,000/- Total

Ph.D. in Law (3 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should have passed Master degree in related stream with minimum 55%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test. 

The candidates who are qualified in UGC/ JRF examination/ NET/SLET are exempted from appearing Ph.D. eligibility test.

Fees: Rs. 2,40,000/- Total

Applicants can apply online by filling up the application form and make payment of Rs. 500/- towards the cost using Credit/ Debit Card (Visa/ Master Card/ Citibank Card) or Internet banking option using secure internet payment gateway.

Applicants applying online should attach their scanned color photograph along with the online application.

The all UG/ PG Application Material and Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.

B. Download of Application Form

Applicants can fill their details online and download the application form from www.iudehradun.edu.in and send it to the admissions office along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-

Applicants can fill in the application form and send it to the admissions office. 

The applicants are advised to read the guidelines carefully before completing the application form for admission.

Applicants are required to enclose self attested copies of the following certificates (Attested Copies of Certificates)

• Date of Birth Certificate / Class 10th Certificate.
• Mark Sheets of Class 10th,  10+2, Degree, Diploma (as may be applicable).
• Domicile Certificate (if applicable).
• Any other certificates pertaining to academic and other activities.
