Holy Family College of Nursing (HFCN) offers following programs for the academic year 2021-2022

B.Sc. in Nursing (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidates must be Citizens of India / children or dependents of Non Resident Indians.

Candidate should pass 10+2exam with minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English.

Or

Pass 10+2 examination

Or

an equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Relaxation in marks: The candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes will have a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination.

They need only 45% marks in the case of Biology and 45% marks in the case of optional subjects put together.

The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates need only a pass in the qualifying examination.

Selection Process: Admission is on the basis of merit only.

Fees: Rs. 63,500/- Per Year


 

 

M.Sc. in Nursing (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidates must be Citizens of India/children or dependents of Non Resident Indians.

Candidate should hold a regular Degree Course in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing) with 55% aggregate marks from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).

One year experience in any recognized hospital or in recognized school of nursing or in a public health agency after registration as Nurse / Midwife.

Candidate shall be medically fit.

Medium of instruction and examination shall be in English.

Candidates must be Citizens of India / Children or dependents of Non Resident Indians.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Common Entrance Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala.

Fees: Rs. 1,00,000/- Per Year


 

 

Post Basic B.Sc. in Nursing (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidates must be Citizens of India / children or dependents of Non Resident Indians.

Candidate should have passed 3 or 3½ years General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).

Candidates should have passed their 10+2 examination from a recognised board or university, with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
