Eligibility: 

M.Tech. in Nano Science and Technology:  Candidate should hold a Degree of M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or B.Tech./B.E. in any branch with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).

M.Tech. in Molecular Medicine: Candidate should hold a Degree of M.Sc. or B.Tech. in Life Sciences or B.Pharm/M.B.B.S/B.D.S with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).

M.Tech. in Nanobiotechnology: Candidate should hold a Degree of  M.Sc. or B.Tech./B.E. or M.B.B.S/B.D.S /B. Pharm with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).

Selection Process: Valid Score in GATE/Admission Test, Conducted by the University.
