Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BVSc and AH in West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences 1. Applicant must be Indian Nationals. 2. The candidate must be a domicile of West Bengal. 3. Minimum age should be 17 years and not more than 25 years as on 31st December of the year of admission. 4. Upper age limit relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC category candidates. 5. Candidate should have passed 10+2 from recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the above four subjects in regular class mode. 6. Minimum marks obtained by the candidate is 70% (60% in case of SC/ST/OBC category) Selection Process: Valid score in EVETS conducted by WBJEEB . |

Admission Process
1. The candidate shall have to apply separately for admission to each course.
2. Candidate should visit university website to fill application form.
3. SC/ST/OBC and PWD candidates should attach copies of certificates (duly attested) from the appropriate authorities along with the application forms.
4. Application forms duly filled in all respect must be submitted to the
Controller of Examinations, Vivek Bhawan, W.B.U.A.F.S, 68, K. B. Sarani, Belgachia, Kolkata -700 037As per admission schedule either by post or by hand.
5. The application received after the due date will not be considered.
6. The selected candidates will not be informed individually.
Merit list for admission in different courses will display in the Notice Board of the Controller of Examinations at university as well as in university website.
