Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB) offers following programs for the academic  year 2024-2025

MBA (2 year)

Eligibility:

MBA General: Candidate should hold three-year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognised university.

At least 3 years of experience (as on 01.07.2024) in executive capacity in an organisation of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector. Self-employed persons should have minimum 5 years of experience after obtaining qualifying degree

Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their Degree examinations by June of the admission year can also apply.

Minimum Age: Completed 23 years as on 01.07.2024; and
No Objection or sponsorship certificate from the employer for pursuing this course at XIM University.

MBA in Urban Management & Governance (MBA- UMG): Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 55% marks in Planning or Architecture.

Minimum 60% marks in any other stream.

At least 3 years of experience (as on 01.07.2024) in executive capacity in an organisation of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector. Self-employed persons should have minimum 5 years of experience after obtaining qualifying degree

Admission will be done directly.

Candidate holding Bachelor's Degree with minimum 55% marks in any stream.

Those candidates have to secure valid score in CAT/ XAT/ SGMAT/ NMAT/ GATE.

Final year student can apply for the same.

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the merit basis and personal interview.

Fees: Rs. 19,40,000/- Per Year 

Executive - MBA Business Analytics (18 Months)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a  three-year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognised university.

Minimum marks shall be secured 55%.

At least 3 years of experience in executive capacity in an organisation of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector.

Self-employed persons should have minimum 5 years of experience after obtaining qualifying degree;

Minimum Age: Completed 23 years as on 01 July of the admission year and No Objection or sponsorship certificate from the employer for pursuing this course at XIM University.

Fees: Rs. 15,20,000/ Total

Ph.D. Management (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Master’s or equivalent Degree in any discipline from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 60%.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their academic records and SOPs. The shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Xavier Research Aptitude Test (X-RAT), Subject Test (if applicable), Presentation, and Personal Interview to be held in Bhubaneswar. Details about X-RAT is available separately on institute website.

The coursework for the selected candidates will commence from June of the admission year.

Step 1:  Fill up the "Login Details" (in the Next page) to create and receive by email a unique XU ID/ Login ID and Password for applying to Xavier University. If you have already received your XU ID/ Login ID and Password, then login as per Step 2.

Step 2:  Login with your XU ID/ Login ID and Password. Fill up the Personal Details, Academic Details, Professional Details, choose the program/s you want to apply for and the respective test option/s, upload your photo & signature and Submit. (You may keep ready the scanned/digital images of your photo/signature in JPEG format, in advance. The dimensions of photo may be of about 200x250 pixels, and the signature may be of about 250x125 pixels, both images within 50 kb each in size).

Step 3:  Pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway.

MBA Application fee is Rs. 1,700/- for the first option, and Rs. 400/- each for the subsequent options.

Use single form for applying for multiple programs and/or through multiple tests.

E- MBA Application fee is Rs. 1,700/-

If you have filled the application form and paid the application fee successfully, you will receive the confirmation by email regarding the acceptance of your online application form.
