Sambalpur University (SU) offers following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

B.Tech (4 year)

Specialization:

• Computer Science Engineering
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Eligibility: Pass 10+2 in PCM with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year: Candidate should hold B.Sc. Degree with Mathematics as a subject or Diploma in En gineering from recognised board.

Selection Process: Valid Score in OJEE Conseling.

Fees: Rs. 3,92,000/- Total

LLB (3 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45%.

Applicant belonging to SC/ ST community or any other backward community minimum marks should be 40%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

BA LLB (Hons) (5 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should have passed 10+2 from recognised board with minimum 45% marks.

Age: Maximum age should be 20 years.

2 year relaxation in age shall be considered for the applicant belonging to SC/ST community or any other backward community.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Exam.

Fees: Rs. 25,000/- Per Year 

B.Ed + M.Ed (Integrated) (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a PG Degree in  Science / Social Science / Humanities from a recognized University or Institution affiliated to a recognized  university.

Minimum marks shall be secured 55% marks.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 1,77,132/- Total 

M. Tech (2 year)

Specialization:

• Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
• Communication System Engineering (CSY)
• Embedded Systems Design)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Computer Science and allied subjects with 55% or equivalent.

Or

M. Sc (Mathematics/Physics/Statistics/Electronics/Computer Sc./I.T.) with 55% or equivalent.

Or

MCA with at least  55% and equivalent with Mathematics at 10 +2 Level.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 1,32,000/- Total 

MCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Degree of B.Sc. Hons in Computer Science Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Statistics or Information Technology.

Or

B. Sc. (PASS) with minimum 45% in aggregate having one of the following subjects as Core- Computer Sc, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Statistics or Information Technology and having Mathematics at +2 level

Or

BCA with at least 45% marks, Mathematics shall be at 10+2.

Or

B.E. B.Tech. in any discipline with 45% in aggregate.

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Degree of  B.Sc. Hons. in Physics/ Electronics/ IST with Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Chemistry/ IST as Pass subject,

B. Sc. in Electronics / Information Technology / B. E., B. Tech. in Electronics / Information Technology/ Electrical Engg. and Allied subjects with 45% marks in aggregate
Or
Physics/Electronics as pass subject with any one or more of the following subjects – Chemistry,Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science and IST with 45% mark in aggregate.
Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 72,000/- Total

M.Phil  (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Master Degree from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 55%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Written Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 52,000/- Total

Sambalpur University (SU) Admission Process 2023

Candidate should visit official website of the institute to download application formm.

Fill application form and submit to the following address by Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier Service for all PG programs.

Application form cost is Rs. 750/-.

Payment can be done through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Director, SUIIT, Sambalpur University” payable at SBI, Jyoti Vihar branch.

Incomplete application form will not be considered.

Recent color digital passport size photo of 132 x 170 pixels maximum of 50 kb.

Scanned color photo with your full signature of size 132 x 60 pixels maximum of 30 kb.

Final Submission, After submittion there is no change of information is permitted after final submission, Printing the form.

After the final submission you are permitted to print the application form. If you are unable to upload the required photographs, then take a print of the form and manually attach the photograph and signature.

After taking printout the form, attach photocopies of relevant documents and send it by Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier Service to the following address in a closed envelope (A4 Size Envelope):

The candidates selected for admission shall have to submit the following documents by Registered / Speed Post to the respective Heads/Coordinators of the P.G. Departments for admission.

i. Print out of the Online Admission form submitted to SUET-2023 duly signed by the candidate.

ii. College Leaving Certificate in original from the Institution last attended.

iii. Migration Certificate in original for candidate from other University.

iv. Two attested passport size colour photographs.

v. Conduct Certificate in original from the Institution last attended.

vi. One set of photocopies of Mark Sheet/Certificates starting from H.S.C.E. to last qualifying examination self attested by the candidate.

vii. (In case of +3 Examinations, Mark sheet of First Examination and Final Examination are to be submitted separately, if detailed marks are not provided in the final mark sheet).

viii. Original Income Certificate (In respect of female candidates claiming concession in tuition fee).

ix. Required fees specified in the Intimation Letter.

x. Application in the prescribed form for seeking admission into hostel.
