RBBSU: Faculty of Science

Eligibility: Pass 10+2 in Science, obtained minimum 45% marks.

In case of SC/ST candidates, minimum marks shall be obtained 40%.

B.Sc. in Nursing (4 year)

Eligibility: Pass 10+2 in Science with PCB, minimum marks shall be obtained 45% and should have passed English as a subject.

Students qualified in 10+2 examination in science (PCB) conducted by National Institute of Open School. is eligible.

5% of total marks is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.

Registered ANM

Admission of students shall be once a year.

Students shall be medically fit.

Minimum age for admission will be 17 Years. (AS on 31st December of the admission year).

The upper age limit is 35 years.

No age bar for LHV.

Eligibility: Pass 10+2 with 40% marks from any recognized board.

However Science is preferable.

Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government.

Registered ANM

10+2 vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.

10+2 Health Care Science- Vocational stream from a recognized CBSE board/ State/ Centre.

Obtained minimum 45% (40% in case of reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Selection Process: Direct admission by counseling based on merit for the vacant seats.

25% seats are reserved for students under Uttarakhand State quota and

75% seats are open to students from all over India under all India quota.

RBBSU: Selection Process

Minimum age required for the courses is 17 years of age by 31 December of the year of admission in all Graduation coures after 10+2.

Admissions to the courses offered by Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University are done either through Entrance Examination or on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination, spot test and interview, wherever applicable.

Reservation: 25% seats are reserved for candidates, who are permanent residents of the state of Uttarakhand.

If these reserved seats remain vacant, the said vacant seats shall be filled by All India Category Candidates.

Fees: 25% Rebate in the Tuition Fees only shall be given to the candidates who are admitted under Permanent resident category.

Ras Bihari Bose Subhar University (RBBSU) Admission Process 2022

Option 1: Candidate can register by paying registration fee throug DD in favour of 'Dr. Jagat Narain Subharti Charitable Trust' payable at Dehradun.

Or

Deposit cash at the university office.

Option 2: The application form can also be obtained by post by paying an additional amount of Rs. 50/- as postage.

Option 3: Candidate can visit university website and download application form.

Paste recent colour self attested photograph in the form at the appropriate place

Keep a photocopy of the filled application form with your for future reference.

Applicants who are required to submit photocopies of mark sheets/certificates or any other document must ensure that:

1. The photocopies are on A4 size paper only

2. Both sides are photocopied if the original mark sheets are printed on both sides.

3. Application number must be written at top corner of all the photocopies.

4. Proof of date of birth-  10th passed certificate issued by affiliating board/university.

5. Character certificate from the head of the school/ institute/university from where the qualifying exam was passed.

6. Passing Certificate and marks sheet of qualifying examination issued by the board/university. In case the eligibility criteria prescribes a condition of passing of a subject or subjects at some level, the certificates/ marks sheet of the concerned examination in proof thereof should also be produced. 

 7. Demand Draft of registration fee.
