D.E. (3 year)

Specialization:

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10th from recognised board.

Minimum mark shall be secured 35%.

Lateral Entry- Duration 2 year: Candidate should pass 10+2 in PCM / 2 years of ITI in relevant stream.

BCA (3 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should pass 10+2 from recognised board with min 45%.

MCA (3 year)

Eigibility: Candidate should be  a Graduate in any stream with minimum of 50% marks and Mathematics as one of the subjects, either at 10+2 or Graduation level.

Lateral Entry- Duration 2 year: Candidate should hold a recognized Degree in BCA /B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%.

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) (1 year)

Eligibilit:  Candidate should be a Graduate in any stream from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CUET/ Nirwan University Common Entrance Test (NUCET).

Fees: Rs. 14,,000/- Per Year

BCA + MCA (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2  from any stream from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45%.

Fees: Rs. 40,000/- Per Year

Minimum of 25% of seats for admission to the university will be reserved for students of the state of Rajasthan.

Registration Fee for Ph.D: Rs. 1,500/-

Other Programs Registration Fee: Rs. 1,000/-

Candidates seeking admission in various programs can apply online as well as offline. 

Offline Admission: The following steps are to be followed for the offline admission process. 

Visit the on-campus admission cell.

Deposit the registration fee.

Filling up the admission form on prescribed Performa available provided by the admission cell.

Submit the required documents as per the document checklist.

Deposit of fee as per the fee structure to complete your admission process.

Online Admission: The following steps are to be followed for the online admission process. 

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can register online along with a processing/registration fee.

Candidates have to download the duly filled application form and send it by post to the university.

For payment of fees a bank draft drawn in favour of “Nirwan University Jaipur” payable at Nirwan University, near Bassi- Rajadhok Toll, Village Jhar,  Agra Road, Jaipur 303305 Rajasthan (India) has to be submitted along with the application form.

Documents Required For Admission:

• Common application form
• Photocopy of 10th marksheet
• Photocopy of 12th marksheet
• Photocopy of qualifying examination Diploma / Bachelor / Post Graduate marksheet
• Photocopy of any ID proof (voter ID card / Aadhar card / DL) etc.
• Transfer certificate (T.C.) in original.
• Character certificate (C.C.) in original
• Medical fitness certificate in original

Students are required to bring the following documents at the time of commencement of the course:

The admission letter in original and fees receipt.

Registration-cum-enrolment form duly filled.

Two photographs one has to be pasted on the application form (self-attested) and one spare.

Undertaking from the student and parents separately as per the provision of the anti-ragging verdict of the Supreme Court in the form of an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- each duly notarized.

If a provisionally admitted student fails to produce proof of having fulfilled the eligibility criteria at the time of registration, he/she will submit an undertaking that the required proof will be submitted before the commencement of session. If the student fails to do so his / her provisional registration will automatically stand cancelled. The undertaking given by the student has to be authorised by the parents.

Form for issue of identity card should be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS only.

Note: Admission of students shall be made strictly on the basis of merit adjudged through the All-India Common Entrance Test or through Nirwan University Combined Entrance Test and personal interview.

The university shall follow the reservation policy prescribed by the State Government for private universities for admission to various courses.

Minimum of 25% of seats for admission to the university will be reserved for students of the state of Rajasthan.
