B.Sc. (3 year)
Seats: 74
Specialization:
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 from recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and with English at a level from recognised board.
The candidate should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology at the qualifying examination.
In case of SC/ST/OBC 40%.
For PWD General category 45%.
Candidates who are studying/have studied Medical Laboratory Assistant in the Vocational Stream will not be considered for B.Sc. (Nursing) course.
The Candidate should be minimum 17 years as on or before 31 Dec 2021.
Selection Process: Valid Score in Admission Test Conducted by the Institute (JIPMER).
B.Sc. in Nursing (4 year)
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and with English at a level from recognised board. Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (3 year)

The candidate should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology at the qualifying examination.

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a MBBS Degree / BDS (Dental) / B.E /B.Tech ( Any branch), (B.Sc. (Nursing) / B.V.Sc. (Veterinary Science) / AYUSH / Allied Health or Social Sciences of any recognized University / Statutory Body, in first attempt with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
TWO years of completed work experience in public health system is desirable (on or before 31.07.2021).
Medical / Nursing Graduates should have registered with their respective state Registration Council.
Selection Process: Valid Score in Admission Test Conducted by the Institute (JIPMER).
M.Sc. ( 2 year)
Specialization and Seats:
Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.Sc. Degree in related stream from recognised university.
Minimum marks shall be required 50%.
Selection Process: Valid Score in Admission Test Conducted by the Institute (JIPMER).
M.Sc. Nursing (2 year)
Seats: 5 each stream
Specialization
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed B.Sc. Nursing.
Candidate should have registered with the State Registration Council of Nursing and Mid-wifery.
B.Sc. Nursing Graduate should have one year of experience in a hospital or in a College or in a School of Nursing or in Community Health Program after registration in State Nursing Council on or before 31.07.2021.
Minimum of one year of work experience prior or after Post-basic B.Sc. Nursing 31.07.2021.
Candidate shall be medically fit.
Candidates who have obtained Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (P.B. B.Sc. Nursing) qualification from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) are NOT eligible for admission to M.Sc.(Nursing) course at JIPMER.
Selection Process: Valid Score in Admission Test Conducted by the Institute (JIPMER).
Ph.D. (3 year)
Seats: 20
Specialization:
Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Master Degree in related stream from recognised university.
Minimum marks shall be secured 55%, in case of candidates belonging to reserved category 50% marks are required.

Any other mode of application will not be accepted.

Separate Merit list will be drawn for each course as well as discipline wise.
