ICFAI University (IU), Meghalaya offers following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

UG Programs

Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) (3 year)

Eligibility: Pass in class  10+2  (or equivalent) examination with minimum 50% and above aggregate marks.

Class 10+2 students awaiting final examination results are also eligible to apply.

The medium of instruction is English.

Selection Process: The selection of applicants into the programs is made through screening of application and interview.

Fees: Rs. 1,64,000/- Total

B.A (Hons)

Specialization:

• Economics
• Education
• Political Science
• English

Eligibility: Candidate should Pass in 10+2 (any discipline) exam from a recognized board with aggregate marks 50% and above.

The medium of instruction is English. 

Class 10+2 students awaiting final examination results are also eligible to apply.

Students who have studied Economics, English, Political Science or Mathematics respectively, as a subject in 10+2 level will have an added advantage.

B.A. English, Education, Political Science: Rs. 60,000/- Total

BCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Pass in 10+2 examination  in any discipline with 50% and above aggregate marks.

The medium of instruction is English. 

Class 10+2 students awaiting final examination results are also eligible to apply.

Students who have studied IT, Mathematics or Commerce as a subject in 10+2 level will have an added advantage.

Scores of MAT & ATMA will be an added advantage.

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from recognised university/ institute.

MCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.Sc. / B.Com /BA Degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or at graduation.

Minimum 50% marks in Graduation.

Lateral Entry- Duration 2 year: Pass in BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Sc (Computer Science) with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or at Graduation level with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

M.A (2 year)

Specialization:

Eligibility:   Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute in English / Economics / Education / Political Science respectively, from a recognized University with 50% and above aggregate marks.

Minimum 50% marks should be in Graduation.

The medium of instruction is English.

MSW (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45%.

Final year degree students awaiting result are also eligible to apply.

Fees: Rs. 12,000/- Per Year

Master of Travel and Tourism Management (MTTM) (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum 45% marks in Graduation.

The medium of instruction is English. 

Students with Bachelor degree in Hotel Mgmt. (BHM) or Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Mgmt. (BTTM) with minimum aggregate of 50% and above will have an added advantage

ICFAI University Admission Process 2023

A) Online Application

Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application Form available university website and make payment of Rs. 300/- towards the cost using Credit / Debit Card (Visa / Master Card / Internet Banking) through secure internet payment gateway.

Applicants applying online should upload their passport size color photograph while filling the online application.

The Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.

B) Download of Application Form

Applicants can fill their details online and download the Application Form from university website and send it to the Admissions Office along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- towards the cost of the application in favor of   "The ICFAI University, Meghalaya - Fee Collection A/c"  payable at Tura / Shillong, Meghalaya.

C) Fill the Application Form  

Applicants can fill in the application form and send it to the Admissions Office.

Guidelines on how to Complete the Application Form 

Students are advised to read the guidelines carefully before completing the Application Form for Admission. 

Application Form 

a. Please make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria before filling up the Application Form

b. Fill the Application Form in CAPITAL LETTERS

c. Provide all available information under appropriate sections

d. Make sure to sign the Application Form

e. Retain a photocopy of the completed Application Form.

f. Demand Draft for Rs. 300/- as applicable for the program applied for, towards admission fee drawn in favor of The ICFAI University, Meghalaya-Fee Collection A/c  payable at Tura / Shillong, Meghalaya.

Students have to enclose attested copies of the following certificates (Attestation should be done by any Gazetted Officer/Principal of the College). 

• Date of Birth Certificate / Class 10th Certificate
• Marks sheets of Class 10+2 / Degree certificate (as may be applicable)
• Domicile Certificate
• Aadhar Card
• Any other certificates pertaining to academic and other activities.
