Selection Process

Admission to the all above programs are based on marks obtained in Entrance Test, conducted by the university.

Admission Process

Interested candidate go to the institute website to download prospectus and application form.

Fill application form and upload required documents as per instruction given in the prospectus.

As you begin the application process, you will be given an auto-generated Application Number.

Please note that for all future contacts, you are required to give reference to this Application Number.

Pay Registration fee Rs. 1,000/-, Rs. 2,500/- for Ph.D Program.

After receiving your application and the required registration fee, XBS Admissions Office will get in touch with you through email for further details.

All communications from the Admissions Office will be done only through Email.

On the cover of the application envelope, indicate ‘Application for whichever program and stream is applied for 2023’.

Important enclosures for Ph.D program with application form

1. Copy of “Statement of Purpose” for the proposed Ph.D. Program, clearly indicating the Research Interest/ Discipline/ Area objective, etc.

2. Self-attested copies of certificates & marksheets of qualifying degrees and other certificates (from Secondary level onwards)

3. One passport size colour photograph (to be affixed on application form)

4. No-Objection Certificate from the employer (If applicable)

5. One example of scholarly research or professional writing (preferable)

6. Acknowledgments slip, Application Fee Payment Receipt along with application form.
