Candidates should obtained at least 55 % marks  in aggregate (50 % for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates), in the qualifying examination as given below:

Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent

or

Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Design, Fine Arts from a recognized University or equivalent with valid CEED score (mandatory for candidates not having Bachelors’ degree in Architecture ) from the approved streams.

Seats:

M.Arch. in Urban Design

Candidates should obtained at least 55 % marks  in aggregate (50 % for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates), in the qualifying examination as given below:

Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.

Application Procedure for MArch in School of Planning and Architecture - Delhi

Application Forms will be available as per the notification published by Scholl of Planning Architect, New Delhi in the newspapers. The applicant may apply online through the website of the School: www.spa.ac.in A candidate can apply for single course only with fee of  Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) through electronically only.
