Candidate should hold a Bachelor of Architecture Degree course or equivalent courses recognized by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the Post Graduate course in Architecture.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50% in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only)
