Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BDS in Sardar Patel Institute of Dental and Medical Sciences Candidate's minimum age should be 17 years as on 31 December of admission year. Candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recogined Board / University with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English and must have secured a minimum of 50% marks. - Marks Sheet and Certificate of High School
- Marks Sheet and Certificate of Intermediate
- Character Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate.
MDS Course- Attach following documents with the application form-
- BDS Pass/ Degree Certificate issued by the University.
- Marks card of the University examinations passed for each academic year during B.D.S.
- Attempt Certificate issued by the Principal.
- Certificate regarding the recognition of the Dental College from where graduated by the Dental Council of India.
- Completion certificate.
- Registration by the State Dental Council.
