Eligibility |
Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BDS in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology)/ Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology)/ Biotechnology at the qualifying examination. In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ BC, the marks obtained shall be a minimum of 40% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology)/ Biotechnology. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. |

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Admission Procedure
Admissions to regular BTech programmes are made based on the score and rank secured in Engineering, Agriculture & Medicine common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by Telengana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. Three year diploma holders, with engineering common entrance test (ECET) ranking are eligible for admission into B.Tech Programmes.
Admissions to regular MTech / MPharmacy / MBA & MCA programmes in constituent colleges/ Units of the University are based on GATE or PGECET/ GPAT/ ICET ranking respectively conducted by Telengana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad.
Admission to MTech / MPharmacy/ MCA Programmes is divided into three categories:
Admission to regular M.Sc programmes will be made on the basis of performance in the Entrance Examination conducted by JNT University Hyderabad.
