Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BE in Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology Candidates are advised to refer to JEE (Main)-2019 website. The eligibility conditions of JEE (Main) -2019 will be applicable. Admission Procedure: Admission will be done through JEE (Main) – 2019. Eligible candidates will fill the application form of JEE (Main) – 2019. Subsequently counseling will be done by JoSAA/CSAB-2019. All candidates are advised to refer to website of JEE (Main) – 2019 (www.jeemain.nic.in) and CSAB -2019/ JoSAA-2019 website for further details. B.E. (Lateral Entry) Eligibility: All candidates who have passed Diploma courses in any discipline from SLIET or from any other polytechnic affiliated with any State Board of Technical Education and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) securing 55% marks or CGPA 5.5 on 10-point scale or equivalent (50% or CGPA 5.0 on a 10-point scale or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories, SC/ ST/ OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/ PH) are eligible to compete for admission to the appropriate B.E. programmes |

Online Registration is a 5 Step process. All Steps of Online Registration Process should be completed before the closing date as per the entrance notification. Incomplete application form or with wrong or deliberately concealed information is liable to be rejected without any intimation.

Before final submission of online Application Form, read the declaration given on the website carefully and give your consent, failing which you will not be able to complete your registration. So, you must check the information details carefully before final submission of Registration Form.
Please note that after successfully submitting the Application Form, the candidate will get a SMS on his / her Mobile and email on the registered email id that will ensure his/her provisional registration successfully with a Form Number and Password. For this, candidate should provide valid mobile number and email id.
After successfully submitting Online Application Form for SET-2023, kindly note down your Form Number for future reference. The processing of Application Form will begin only after the successful payment of Application Fee.
