Desh Bhagat College of Education (DBCE) is one of the prestigious institutions of Malwa region. It was established in the year 2005 to provide professional training in education and to develop desirable attitude among the students. It is duly recognized by NCTE, Jaipur and Punjab State Govt. and is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala. The college is run by Desh Bhagat College Trust Bardwal (Regd.) Dhuri which is a non-government registered organization working towards empowering rural communities by increasing their access to education. The Trust is working under the worthy guidance of its chairperson Sh. P.S. Gill, IPS (Retd.) and Secretary Sh. B.S. Randhawa, Ex-Chairman, Marketing Committee, Dhuri.
