Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MBBS in Sambhram Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Candidate should pass 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. 40% marks should be secured in case of Sc/ST category. The candidate shall have passed all these subjects individually. OR Candidate shall have passed any other examination conducted by Boards/Councils/Intermediate examination established by State Government and recognised as equivalent to two year Pre-University examination by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) / Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with English as one the subject and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission. Who have made more than two attempts to pass the two year PUC or equivalent will not be eligible for MBBS course. Selection Process: Valid Score in NEET-UG

(b) 12th (PUC) Standard original marks card
(c) Original Admission Order of CET / COMED-K
(d) Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate
(e) Conduct Certificate or Character Certificate
(f) Caste and Income Certificate.
(g) Migration certificate for students other than those from Karnataka.
(h) Eligibility Certificate issued by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru for all students except local Karnataka students who have passed 12th Standard from PU Board of Karnataka. (Candidate who has studied their 12th standard from other Board examination such as CBSE/ICSE/Intermediate etc will have to apply and obtain eligibility certificate. Candidates who have studied their qualifying examination (12th Standard) abroad holding either foreign passport or Indian passport but passed 12th standard in India should apply and obtain the eligibility certificate.
