Attach required documents along with form and send to the college

Option 3: Candidate may visit admission office of the institute on all working days to collect admision form

The following documents must be attached with the application forms:

1. Attested Copy of the mark sheet of the qualifying examination.

2. Attested Copy of the mark sheet of the High School examination.

3. Transfer certificate (T.C.)

4. Certificate of scheduled caste/scheduled Tribes/another Backward classes.

5. Character Certificate.

6. Four passport size photograph.
