Recognizing the divine samskaras (spiritual vibrations) permeating this sacred land, Her Holiness Vandaniya Mata ji personally experienced the awakened spiritual energy during the Shraddhanjali Samaroh held in 1990. Subsequently, the land was acquired and the foundation for Dev Sanskriti Mahavidyalaya was laid.

On 23rd May 1999, following the auspicious Bhoomi Poojan ceremony, construction commenced, leading to the establishment of Dev Sanskriti Mahavidyalaya. The institution gained the esteemed status of 'Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya' through the enactment of an act (22.01.2002) by the state legislature, which was subsequently notified in the gazette vide notification no. (123/ vidhayi & sansadiya karya/ 2002 dated 11-4-2002). DSVV holds recognition from the University Grants Commission of India under the 1956 act section 2(F). Furthermore, it has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification and accreditation from NAAC, further affirming its commitment to quality education and academic standards.
