Offline Application Form:

To apply offline, interested applicants can conveniently download the Application Form from the below provided link. Once downloaded, candidates should diligently complete the form, ensuring all necessary details are accurately filled in. Subsequently, the form must be accompanied by attested photocopies of relevant mark-sheets and supporting documents.

To complete the application process, applicants must enclose a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 1000/- in favor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, payable at Haridwar. It is imperative that the application reaches the Registrar Office on or before the designated last date of submission. Please note that applications received after the stipulated deadline or those lacking complete and accurate information will not be considered.

To complete the application, candidates are required to submit the non-refundable Entrance Exam Fee of Rs. 1000/- (excluding Gateway Charges) through various online payment modes, including net banking, debit card, credit card, or digital wallets.

Additionally, as part of the online application process, applicants need to upload scanned copies of relevant mark sheets, documents, a passport-sized photograph, and their signature. These documents play a crucial role in the evaluation and verification of the application.
