Admission to the BDS and MDS will be done on the bases of score obtain in NEET-UG for BDS and NEET-PG for MDS course.

Admission Process

The Candidates should bring the following certificates / documents in Original (along with 2 sets of photocopies of the same) for MDS course

Provisional Allotment Letter generated through ONLINE ( DGHS ) 

NEET (PG) 2020 Score card 

NEET (PG) 2020 Admit Card 

Class 10th/ 12th Mark Sheet as proof of Date of Birth 

BDS Mark Sheets 

Attempt Certificate 

Course Completion/Conduct Certificate 

CRRI Completion Certificate 

Provisional /Degree Certificate 

State Dental Council Registration

Transfer Certificate 

Community Certificate (if OBC/SC/ST) issued by the competent authority in the given format and should be in English. 

Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act,2016. No other PH certificate, issued by any other Authorities/ Hospital will be entertained 

Migration Certificate 

Recognition letter issued by DCI for the college 

Proof of identity (PAN Card & Aaadhar Card) - Original for verification and return and Photocopy to be submitted 

Passport size latest Photograph of the Candidate (10 Nos)
