Candidate should have complete minimum 17 years as on 31st December of the year of the admission.

Candidates should have permanent residence of Uttar Pradesh.

Those candidates completed their 10th & 12th from the UP, they can also apply.

Candidates have to qualify their 12th examination or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

Those candidates apply for this exam, they can secure 50% marks (For General/OBC category candidates & 40% (For SC/ST category candidates) in PCB.

Selection Process: CPMT

Reservation: All India Quota : 15 % of all available seat.

Central Government India Nominee: 03% of all available seat.

Rest of seat for state Quota candidate: 82% of all available seat.

All India Quota : Under this quota, a candidate must qualify in All India Pre-Medical Entrance Examination conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. Thereafter, candidates are called for counseling by Directorate General of Health Services, Medical Examination Cell and according to availability at the time of counseling seats are distributed.

State Quota : Under this quota, a candidate must qualify in State Medical Entrance Examination conducted by CG State Govt. Thereafter, candidates are called for Online Counseling by Director Medical Education (DME) Chhattisgarh.

Central Government Nominee : This quota needs a candidate who has nominated by Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
