Selection Process

The selection of category "A" courses of candidate is based on the marks in the Entrance Test conducted by Madurai Kamaraj University.

The selection of category "B" courses of candidate is based on the marks obtained upto V semester/ II year (Non-semester) of the program even though the candidate has already passed in the degree for the programs.

Admission Process

Applicants who are willing to apply for more than one program should apply separately for each program.

  • Category A Programs fee: Rs. 300/-
  • Category B Programs fee: Rs. 200/-

a) The entries in the application form should be made by the applicant in their own  handwriting legibly in ENGLISH only.

b) Xerox copies of the following certificates along with Original has to be produced  at the time of Admission.

1. 10, 10+2 mark statements.

2. U.G. degree Mark statements / Grade certificates / Provisional Certificate.

3. Community Certificate obtained from Tahsildar/ Deputy Tahsildar concerned.

4. Income Certificate (obtained within 3 months before the date of submission of application) has to be produced (for SC/ST/Blind candidates only).

5. Certificate of Differently Abled / Leprosy cured: Candidates under the Differently Abled category should submit the certificate obtained from an authorized Medical Officer of the specialty concerned not below the rank of Civil Surgeon together with photograph showing the nature of handicap.

6. Sports Certificate: Candidates under the Sports category should produce a certificate obtained from the concerned University Physical Director in Form-I/II/III for having represented the State/Inter-University tournaments/athletics.

7. Ex-servicemen Certificate: Certificates to be produced

8. 10+2 marks statement.

9. SC/ST candidates are exempted from the payment of Registration fee for only one programRegistration fee has to be paid for additional programs).

10. Filling with any wrong information or suppression of information may result in punitive action.

11. All the columns in the application should be filled.

12. In-complete application will be rejected. 

Two recent passport size photograph of the applicant should be affixed; one on the  column provided in the application form and the other in the Hall Ticket (if  applicable)
