Admission Process 2019

Candidate has to pass NEET-UG for MBBS course and NEET-PG for MD/MS program.

Candidates who are selected have to produce following original documents at the time of admission

1. NEET PG  admit card

2. NEET PG  rank card

3. 3 rd Prof Part II MBBS Mark Sheet

4. Internship Completion Certificate

5. MBBS Certificate (Original / Provisional)

6. Medical registration Certificate (State / MCI)

7. Age proof (Birth Certificate / Class X admit card)

8. Passport size photograph – 4 copies

9. EPIC / Aadhar / Passport of the candidate or either of the parents  issued in the State of West Bengal as proof of Permanent Residence State
