Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BBA in Indian Maritime University - Visakhapatnam Candidate should pass 10+2/ equivalent with minimum 50% of aggregated marks in any streamand minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th / 12th Examination. Note: Percentage of the Aggregate marks will be calculated by consideringthe marks scored in English subject plus the marks scored in MajorSubjects (excluding other languages). Maximum age: For Male: General-25 years, OBC(NCL)-28 years, SC/ST-30 years For Female: General-27 years, OBC(NCL)-30 years, SC/ST-32 years. The reference date for calculation of the age will be from the date of commencement of the Academic Session. For SC/ST candidates : There will be a 5% relaxation in eligibility marks;however, it will not apply to English Marks. All Candidates who qualify for this course will have to submit a PhysicalFitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner at the time ofCertificate Verification. Admission to Apprenticeship embedded BBA – Maritime Logistics is based on CUET.

Note: Candidates who are applying on the basis of CAT/ MAT/ CMAT scores for MBA Programs and those who are applying on basis of GATE/ CUET (PG)/ PGCET for M. Tech. Programs need to register for Counselling.

Candidates with valid score card of CAT/ MAT / CMAT are eligible for MBA and the candidates with valid score card of GATE/ CUET(PG)/ PGCET are eligible for M. Tech.

- For BBA –Rs. 200/- for General / OBC (NCL) candidates; Rs. 140/- for SC / ST candidates
- For all other UG and PG courses/ Research Programs –Rs. 1,000/- for General / OBC (NCL) candidates; Rs. 700/- for SC / ST candidates
The Application Fee for Registration is non-refundable and is for issuing of Rank Certificate. IMU reserves the right to adopt any method such as Entrance Exam (IMU-CET)/Normalisation of entry qualification marks to arrive at ranks, etc. for issuing of Rank Certificate to qualified candidates.

Pay application fee:
The candidates will be able to make online payment for the Application Fees for Registration, download and print the filled-in application in standard formats.
For Online Registration, applicants should visit the website of the Indian Maritime University at http://www.imu.edu.in and click on the CET Aug 2023 hyperlink / Admission for BBA hyperlink. Relevant links can also be seen under Admission Menu in the Home Page of IMU.
The CET candidates will be able to download the Hall Tickets. Automated e-mails/ SMS will be sent to every registered applicant on successful registration of Application, uploading of Hall Ticket, publication of results, etc.
