Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) was established in the year 2008 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh at Visakhapatnam through DSNLU Act, 2008 to impart quality legal education.
The University is recognized u/s 2(f) and 12B of UGC Act 1956 and has the recognition of the BCI.
The University offers Five Year Integrated B.A., LL.B. (Hons.). The academic year is divided into two semesters: The Monsoon Semester (July-November) and the Spring Semester (January-May). The B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) students are required to complete 220 credits before they become eligible to graduate. DSNLU also offers One Year LL.M. program with three specializations in 24 credits spread over two semesters for completion of PG program.
