Candidates need to buy  admission form and prospectus of Rs. 600/- from the counter.

Fill the admission form attach the attested copies of required document along with originals certificate and affidavits signed by candidate and parents/ guardian for anti ragging.

payment can be deposited in Punjab National Bank

After filling up the form & depositing the fee the applicant is required to mail the following information-

1. Name of Student
2. Fathers Name
3. Registration No(generated upon filling the form)
4. Unique ID provided by the bank
5. Amount Deposited
6. Branch Name
7. Branch Code at onlineadmissions.ct@gmail.com

Students are requested to carry the following documents (Original & Photocopies) while coming for admissions- 

• Copy of 10th or equivalent certificate bearing testimony to D.O.B
• Copy of Mark sheet of the qualifying exam
• Four recent passport size photographs
• Proof of Residence
• School leaving/Character Certificate
• Migration/ Transfer Certificate
• Medical Certificate
