Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BTech in Academy of Technology- Adisaptagram a) The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects as stated above in regular class mode. b) Must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above three subjects taken together. Selection Process: Valid Score in WEBJEE/ JEE MAIN. 10% students will be admitted under management quota as per directives of State Government. Lateral Entry- duration 3 year: Diploma or B.Sc Degree holders having at least 45% marks (40% for reserve category) with/without valid JELET score. Pass marks in XII standard in Mathematics in case of B.Sc Degree holders. 20% of the approved intake in each course. |

Documents Required at the time of Admission
1. Board with Photocopy (An extra copy of this letter should be retained by the candidate for future use).
2. Rank Card of respective Joint Entrance Examination.
3. Self-attested photocopies of 10th admit card/ certificate of respective Board as proof of age along with original for verification (two copies).
4. Self-attested photocopies of 10th & 12th mark sheets along with original for verification (Two copies).
5. Self-attested photocopies of Diploma marksheet (for Lateral Entry Students) along with original for verification (two copies).
6. Self-attested photocopies of Graduation marksheet (for MCA Students) along with original for verification (two copies).
7. Self-attested school leaving/character certificate from the Head of the Institute last attended (one copy)
8. Photocopy of student Aadhaar Card.
9. University Migration/ Registration Certificate for MCA students.
10. Documentary evidence of gurdian in support of address proof (i.e. Aadhar Card or Voter Card, Ration Card, Passport etc.).
11. Documentary evidence in support of address and family income.
12. Two stamp size (2.5 cm X 2 cm) and one passport size color photograph.
13. Medical Certificate in the prescribed format of Academy of Technology (will be given by the institution at the time of ‘Physical Reporting/Admission’)
14. Eye Specialist Certificate in the prescribed format of Academy of Technology (will be given by the institution at the time of ‘Physical Reporting/Admission’)
15. Domicile Certificate duly signed by the Head of the institute last attended.
