Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MBA in Academy of Maritime Education and Training University Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute. Minimum marks shall be secured 50% Or Mariners holding the following professional qualification obtained after a minimum duration of study-cum-training of 6 years after 10+2 leading to: a) Master Foreign Going Certificate of Competency. (OR) b) First Class Motor or Steam or Combined (Chief Engineer)) Certificate of Competency issued by the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India or its counterparts in other countries. Selection Process: Valid Score in CAT / MAT / TANCET. If a candidate has not taken any of the above tests, he/she will be asked to appear for a test conducted by AMET. Group Discussion / Personal Interview. |

By Post: Application forms can be obtained through Post/ Courier.
Please obtain a Bank draft drawn on Chennai for Rs. 1,000/- favouring Amet University and courier it to institute ( to institute City office address given below).
Bank Branches: You can also walk in to select Bank branches of Indian Overseas Bank and Corporation Bank, pay Rs. 1,000/- at the counter and collect the full Prospectus Set.
