Sikkim Manipal College of Physiotherapy (SMCP) offers admission to the eligible candidate into BPT and MPT program for the academic year 2020-21

BPT (4 year)

Seats: 40

Eligibility:  Candidate must have passed in the subject of Physics, Chemistry & Biology  with a minimum aggegrate of 45% marks taken together in PCBE for General Caste & 40 %  for candidates belonging to SC,ST & OBC .

Selection Process: Merit, based on marks in thequalifying examination.

Fees: Rs.1,50,000/- First Year

MPT (2 year)

Seats: 12

• Cardiopulmonary
• Neurosciences
• Orthopaedics

Eligibility:  Candidate should have passed BPT with minimum 50% marks.

Selection Process: Merit, based on marks in thequalifying examination.

Fees: Rs. 2,20,000/- First Year

ONLINE

Interested candidate should  purchase the online application by paying Rs. 1000/- online and on successful payment candidate will be provided with application number and password

Then sign in using the application number and provided password to file online application

While applying candidate need to keep ready scanned photo and signature to upload (.jpg format only with maximum file size 200KB, 200 px x 200 px)

OFFLINE

Candidate can apply offline by dispatching completed application form along with the attested copies of necessary documents to the Admission Officer at the following address. However, the admission of the candidate will depend on the availability of seats at the time of enrolment.

Documents required for Admission of BPT

The following documents in original & two sets of attested photocopies are required at the time of admission:

• Mark sheet of class X & XII
• Pass certificate of XII
• Proof of age/date of birth (10th standard certificate/birth certificate)
• Migration certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Character certificate
• Six copies of recent passport size photograph
• SC/ST/OBC/MBC certificate
• Domicile / PRC Certificate (for North East category)
• Aadhaar card (candidate) & PAN card (of the payee)

• Proof of Date of Birth.
• BPT Mark Sheets.
• Transfer Certificate.
• Migration Certificate.
• Character Certificate
• Four recent, identical passport size photographs and four stamp size photographs.
• Documents as required for admission in Sikkim, North East and NRI categories.
• SC/ST/OBC/MBC certificate
• Domicile / PRC Certificate (for North East category)
• Adhaar card( candidate) & Pan card( of the payee)
