Eligible candidates are invited for admission for the academic year 2021-2022 to institute quota and vacancies arising out of CAP Round Admission Process.

BArch (5 year)

Seats: 80

Eligibility: (i) The Candidate should be an Indian National.

(ii) Passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics and obtained minimum 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate incase of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons withDisability belonging to Maharashtra state only). 

Or

(ii) Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by AllIndia Council for Technical Education or Central or StateGovernment or its equivalent examination and obtained at least50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case ofcandidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disabilitybelonging to Maharashtra state only) with Mathematics ascompulsory subject.

Selection Process: Valid Score in NATA.

Fees: Rs. 5,94,885/- Total 

M.Arch

Seats: 20

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold B.Arhc Degree from recognised institute/ university.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%.

At least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward classcategories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra Stateonly.

Selection Process: Valid Score in MAH-MARCH CET.

Fees: Rs. 2,38,682/- Total

RCA: Admission Process 2021

The admission to the B.Arch course and M.Arch  course is done through centralized admission process (CAP). Candidate must apply ‘ONLINE’ at Director of Technical Education(DTE),Government of Maharashtra for admission on the basis of NATA/ JEE MAIN for B.Arch  and MAH-M.ARCH CET (M.Arch.) for M.Arch Admission.

List of documents required at the time of admission

1. 10th marksheet

2. 10+2 marksheet or its equivalent i.e. 3 years Diploma certificate, B.Arch Degree required for M.Arch admission.

3. Copy of Leaving Certificate of Junior college.

4. Caste certificate, Non creamy layer certificate and Caste validity certificate for reserved category students etc.

5. Migration certificate.

6. Nata/JEE main marksheet.

7. Domicile certificate.

8. Any Other certificate on the basis of which admission was granted in first year B.Arch.

Note: Admission through institute quota and vacancies arising out of CAP Round is also done.

 Candidate should visit campus admission and collect admission form.

Submission should be done to the college before due date.
