Rajagiri College of Social Science (RCSS) invites eligible candidate for admission to the following programs for the academic year 2022-2023

BBA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

Selection Process: Marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination.

B.Com (3 year)

Specialization:

• Computer Application 
• Finance 
• Income Tax

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 from recognized  board/ university with Book-Keeping and Accountancy and any two of the following subjects

(1) Commerce

(2) Commercial Correspondence and Commercial Geography

(3) Economics

(4) Life Insurance with Salesmanship

(5) Banking with Secretarial Practice

(6) Business Studies

(7) Mathematics

(8) Computer Science/Computer applications

(9) Informatics Practice & Management

(10) Informatics Practice

(11) Management

(12) Accountancy as optional under Part III of the Examination.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 45 %, in case of SC/ST category, minimum marks shall be obtained 40%.

B.Sc. in Psychology (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 from recognised board.

Selection Process: Marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination.

BSW (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 50 %, in case of SC/ST category, minimum marks shall be obtained 45%.

Selection Process: Marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination.

Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLISc) (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate with any degree from Mahatma Gandhi University or any other university recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with 45% marks in aggregate.

Selection Process: Marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination.

MBA (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute.

with minimum 50% marks.

In case of SC/ST category minimum marks shall be passed marks.

The degree must be recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CMAT/ CAT/ KMAT.

MCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% marks in any recognized university or board.

Candidate should have Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 level. 

Or

A pass Bachelor's Degree exam with not less than 50% marks in any discipline with Mathematics/Statistics/Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics as one of the Subjects. 

Or

A pass with not less than 50% marks in BCA/ B.Sc. in Computer Science/ B.Sc. Information Technology/ B.Tech Degree of a minimum three years duration from a recognized University.

Selection Process: Selection will be as per DTE  MCA admission regulations.

MSW (2 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% marks.

A pass in any Bachelor's Degree is needed for SC/ST students. 

Selection Process: Valid Score in Rajagiri Social Work Entrance Examination (RSEE).

MHRM (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree exam with minimum 50% marks.

In case of Sc/ST category minimum marks shall be passed marks.

A pass in any Bachelor's Degree examination is needed for SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CMAT/CAT/KMAT.

M.Sc. (2 year)

Specialization:

• Psychology
• Computer Science

Eligibility:

M.Sc. in Psychology: Candidate should pass Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

M.Sc. in Computer Science: Candidate should pass Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics/Computer Science /Electronics as one of the subjects (Main or Subsidiary) or BCA/B.Tech Degree with not less than 55% marks in optional subjects. 

Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Exam and Personal Interview.

Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc) (1 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate with  a BLISc Degree   from Mahatma Gandhi University or any other university recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with 50% marks in aggregate.

Selection Process:  Marks obtained in the Entrance Examination and Interview.

PG Diploma in Clinical Social Work and Counselling Practice (PGDCSW) (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed Graduation in any subject from a recognized University. 

Preference will be given to Postgraduates in Social Work, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education and Home Science. 

Selection Process: Marks obtained in the qualifying Examination.
