National Academy of Construction (NAC): PGDP Admission 2020

National Academy of Construction (NAC) offers following PGDP and Certificate Programs for the academic year 2020-2021

PGDP (1 year)

Specialization:

• Post Graduate Diploma Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management (PGDQSCM) 
• Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management (PGDCPM)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold B.E/B.Tech Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. 

For PGDCPM, B.Arch Degree required with minimum 50% aggregate. 

Selection Process: Valid Score in 

• Written Exam
• Group Discussion
• Personal Interview
• One year field experience are given preference in admission.

Fees:

The total course fee is Rs. 1,50,000/- + Service Tax as applicable 

Tuition fee: Rs. 1,20,000 payable in three installments 

1st Installment: Rs. 45,000/- + Service Tax  is payable by 25th September, 2020 

2nd Installment: Rs. 45,000/+ Service Tax is payable by December, 2020 

3rd Installment : Rs. 30,000/-+ Service Tax  is payable by February, 2021. 

Other fee: Rs. 30,000/- per candidate towards University fees, Examination fees, Library fees, seminar fees, etc

Certificate Program in Facility Management (Part time)

Seats: 40

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold Bachelor's Degree of Engineering/ Architecture with 2 year work experience. 

Or 

Diploma in Engineering from State Board of Technical Education with 4 year work experience. 

Or

Bachelor’s Degree in any non-engineering discipline with 3 year work experience. 

Twelve months of Studies. Teaching days are Saturdays (3.30 to 7.30 pm) and Sundays (9.30 am to 1.30 pm).

Tuition fee: Rs. 75,000/-payable in three installments

a) 1st Installment : Rs. 25,000/-+ GST as applicable is payable

b) 2nd Installment :Rs. 25,000/- + GST as applicable is payable

c) 3rd Installment : Rs. 25,000/-+ GST as applicable is payable

Other fee: Rs. 7,000/-per candidate towards

University fees, Examination fees, Library fees, seminar fees, etc. GST will be charged as per rules and is payable along with 1st Installment.

Certificate Course in Construction Safety

Seats: 30

Eligibility: Candidate should hold Diploma in Engineering or Degree in B.Tech/B.E in Civil, Mechanical, EEE and Environmental Engineering with an experience of 1 year for Diploma and 6 months for Graduates in the relevant field. 

Sponsored candidates or candidate with higher qualification and experience will be given preference. 

Selection Process: Admission process is at the institution level

Tuition fee: Rs. 45,000/- payable in two installments

a) 1st Installment: Rs. 25,000/-

b) 2nd Installment: Rs. 20,000/-

c) 3rd Installment : Rs. 30,000/- is payable on or before 20th December, 2020

Other fee: Rs. 7000/-per candidate towards university fees, Examination fees, Library fees, seminar fees, etc.
