Indian Institute of legal studies (IILS) offers following programs for the academic year 2022-2023
BBA LLB (5 year)
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 from recognised board.
Minimum marks shall be secured 50% in aggregate (for SC/ ST 45%).
Maximum age should be 20 years as on 1st July of the admission year.
For SC/ST category, maximum age should be 22 years as on 1st July of the admission year.
B.Com. LLB (5 year)
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 exam from recognised board.
Minimum marks shall be secured 50% in aggregate (for SC/ ST 45%).
Maximum age should be 20 years as on 1st July of the admission year.
For SC/ST category, maximum age should be 22 years as on 1st July of the admission year.
B.A. LLB (5 year)
Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 exam from recognised board.

Maximum age should be 20 years as on 1st July of the admission year.
For SC/ST category, maximum age should be 22 years as on 1st July of the admission year.
LLB (3 year)
Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute.
Minimum marks shall be secured 45% for General Category, 42% for OBC and 45% for Sc/St category.
Maximum age should be 30 years in case of General category and 35 years for SC/ST/OBC category as on 1st July of admission year.

Pay application form fee by Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favor of Indian Instituteof Legal Studies at Siliguri, Dist – Darjeeling, West Bengal, India.
The DD should be along with the applicationform, if , downloaded from the website.
Applicants need to bring their original documents at the time of their personal interview for completion of the admission process.

Note: If the student has taken prior admission in any college under North Bengal University then the previous admission needs to be cancelled and admission cancellation certificate along with Old Registration certificate is to be submitted at the time of admission.
