Bihar Institute of Law (BIL): LLB Admission 2023

Bihar Institute of Law (BIL) offers  admission to the eligible candidates to the LLB and BA LLB programs for the academic year 2023-2024

LLB (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate who have passed Bachelor's Degree exam in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering or any other stream from a recognised  board/university and or having academic qualification as is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree by  any recognised University with  not less than  45 % marks.

Appearing candidates in final year Bachelor's Degree exam are also eligible to apply for the entrance test subject to the condition that their examination results of Bachelors Degree must be declared before the date of admission to the course.

Selection Process: Valid Score in BILAT.

Fees: Rs.30,254/- Per Year

BA LLB (5 year)

Eligibility: Candidate who have passed 10+2 exam from a recognised  board/university, secured minimum 45% marks.

Appearing candidates in final year examination arc also eligible to apply for the entrance test subject to the condition that their examination results of 10+2 must be declared before the date of admission to the course.

Selection Process: Valid Score in BILAT.

Fees: Rs. 35,254/- Per Year

BIL: Exam Process 2023

Option 1: Candidate can go the Bihar Institute of Law, Patna and pay Rs. 1,100/- (incuding the entrance test fee) to  collect prospectus and application form.

Option 2: Visit official website of Bihar Institute of Law to download prospectus and application form for admission. 

Fill downloaded application form.

Attach required documents along with DD of Rs. 1,200/- in favor of  Bihar Institute of Law.

Dully filled application form along with following documents should be sent to the

Form should reach to the office of Principal on or before the last date of submission of form.

Documents to be attached with application form

• Admit card and attendance sheet
• Self attested copies of all marksheet certificate
• caste certificate issued by competent authority if applicable
• PH certificate if applicable.
