Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences (AIMS) offers following programs for the academic year 2023-2024

UG Programs

B.A (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam or equivalent examinations in any discipline from recognized boards and universities.

Students who have completed their senior-secondary education from boards outside Karnataka are also eligible.

Selection Process: Valid Score in 10+2 exam.

B.Com (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam or equivalent examinations with Accountancy & Business Studies.

Students with good communication skills are preferred.

Selection Process: Valid Score in 10+2 exam.

BBA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam or equivalent examinations in any discipline from recognized boards and universities.

Marks obtained at the qualifying examinations shall normally be the basis of admissions.

Selection Process: Valid Score in 10+2 exam.

BCA (3 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should pass in 10 + 2 or any other equivalent qualification.

Marks obtained at the qualifying examinations shall normally be the basis of admissions.

Selection Process: Valid Score in 10+2 exam.

BHM (4 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2 or any other equivalent qualification. 

Marks obtained at the qualifying examinations shall normally be the basis of admissions.

Selection Process: Valid Score in 10+2 exam.

PG Programs

M.Com (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate who has hold a B.Com / BBM Degree from a recognized university

A candidate who has secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate in commerce subjects in all the examinations of the B.Com / B.B.M. course.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Bachelor's Degree exam.

MBA (2 year)

Eligibility:  Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree with minimum50%.

A minimum of 1-year work experience are preferred.

Selection Process: Valid Score in  CMAT / CAT / MAT / GMAT / XAT.

MCA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50% with Mathematics/Computer science / statistics / Electronics as a subject in 12th or Degree level.

Minimum 45% for SC/ST category.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Bachelor's Degree exam.

MSW (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a B.A / BSW Degree of any recognized education body in any discipline and should have secured minimum 50% & above in aggregate.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Bachelor's Degree exam.

MTA (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Karnataka (General): 50% aggregate & above in any graduation. MAT score 500 & above (or) CAT score 50% & above.

Karnataka (SC/ST/CAT -1): 45% aggregate & above in any graduation. MAT score 500 & above (or) CAT score 50% & above.

Non-Karnataka 50% aggregate & above in any graduation. MAT score 500 & above (or) CAT score 50% & above.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Bachelor's Degree exam.

PGDM (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university/ institute.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CMAT / CAT / MAT / GMAT / XAT.

Individuals with a minimum of 1-year work experience are preferred.

In order to be eligible for the final admission offer, the candidate must have appeared for the entrance exam as directed by AICTE, New Delhi.

M.A (2 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a 3 years Bachelor's Degree under any recognized university in any discipline and should have secured minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% aggregate marks for SC / ST candidates) to be eligible for MA in English.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Bachelor's Degree exam.

Diploma in Culinary Arts of Italian Cuisine (1 year)

Eligibility: Candidate holding Degree of  Bachelor of Hotel Management at AIMS are eligible for the Culinary Arts diplomain Italian Cuisines.
This program is open to students and Alumni of AIMS only.
Selection Process: Valid Score in 10+2 exam.

MBA / PGDM: Rs. 1,500/-

PG Courses (other than MBA / PGDM):  Rs. 750/-

UG Courses: Rs. 500/-

Step 02: Log in to the portal once the registration process is complete.

Step 03: Student have to select  “Year of Intake” (for example, if you are seeking admission in the academic year 2022, choose year), Choose “Level of Study” (PUC / Bachelor Degree / Master Degree),

Choose “Admission Type” (select “Management Quota” if you are not seeking admission through government counselling or ICCR or EDCIL / select “Government Quota” if if you are seeking admission through government counselling / select ICCR or EDCIL if you are being admitted through ICCR or EDCIL, Choose respective option under “Student Category”,

Choose respective option under “Department” / “Course” / “University" depending on the course that you are applying to. You can select upto 3 courses of your preference one after another,

Click "Save & Continue" button.

NOTE:  Ensure your address, email ID, telephone number, and mobile number are correct as these will be used to communicate to you / your family in case of emergency (if any).

Step 04: Enter all the information required in this section and click "Save & Continue" button.

Step 05: Academic Details

Enter all the previous academic information required in this section and click "Save & Continue" button.

Step 07: Additional Details

Enter all the information required (languages known and your ability to read / write / speak respective language, and achievements (if any) in sports / cultural programs, etc.) in this section and click "Save & Continue" button.

Step 07: Enter all the previous work experience (if any) information required in this section and information regarding your accommodation requirement at AIMS and click "Save & Continue" button.

Step 8: Choose the admission type and choose the mode of sending your documents (refer to the list of documents in the admission section for respective course). You can send your documents through post or you can scan and upload the documents.

NOTE: You need to submit all the documents in original when you report to the admission office for final admission.
