Admission Process

After CLAT result admission will be started.

The candidates shortlisted for NUJS and who accept the admission are directed to email scanned copies of the following documents to admission@nujs.edu: 

• Duly filled in Admission form (photo pasted) [Separate Admission Form for Foreign Nationals].
• Detail of the candidate
• A self-attested copy of the Proof of age (10^th stand marks sheet may do)
• A self-attested copy of the Original mark sheet of the qualifying examination
• A self-attested copy of the Character certificate from the head of the institution last attended
• Medical Certificate from a registered medical practitioner (as per the proforma on NUJS website)
• Migration Certificate
• Self-attested copy of the Caste/ Disability Certificate
• Details of fees paid in case of RTGS (as per the proforma on the NUJS website)/ receipt of fee payment in case of payment through online payment gateway]
• Duly filled in proforma of the University Identity Card to be downloaded from NUJS website
• Duly filled in Hostel accommodation/exemption form
• Self-attested Copy of the Passport and Visa (For Foreign National candidates)
• Self-attested copy of any of the following proof of identity: Aadhaar Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID Card etc. [for Indian Nationals]
• Anti-Ragging Undertaking/ Affidavit
• All relevant documents already uploaded on the NUJS website for NRI/ NRI sponsored candidates, EWS Candidates, JK Category Candidates and W.B. Domicile candidates.
• Undertaking on Physical Submission of Documents (Mandatory for everyone)
• Undertakings with respect to the absence of any of the above in the University prescribed proforma (if applicable) 

The Candidate must also attach with the email 2 stamp size photographs [JPEG: The minimum dimensions are 350 pixels (width) x 350 pixels (height) and the maximum dimensions are 1000 pixels (width) x 1000 pixels (height) 

Print Copies of these documents, along with the stamp size photographs, must be submitted to the University by post/ courier or in person within three weeks of the date of admission.
