Selection Process

Candidate should pass Vishwakarma University National Entrance Test (VUNET) for the following courses.

Selection for rest of the programs are based on marks obtained in previous qualifying examination.

Exaple -  For UG program- marks obtained in 10+2 exam. For PG programs- marks obtained in Graduation level.

Admission Process

Option 1- In Person

Interested candidate  should visit university, Pune - Counselling and Admissions Office (VU Pune – Main Building – Room No. 1006)

Get detailed information about the program, curriculum, syllabus, infrastructure, facilities, etc.

Apply in person for provisional admission by filling up a provisional admission form along with a photocopy of required documents at the Admissions Office / Students Facilitation Centre (SFC).

Option 2 – Online

Candidate may visit official website of the university

Click here to “Secure Provisional Admission”.

Clicking on “Secure Provisional Admission” will take you to a form where you are expected to fill up basic information, and in a way register for seeking provisional admission. Submission of this online form will enable your account with Vishwakarma University’s ERP System.

After filling up the admission form the system will take you to online payment of fees as applicable (1st installment – 10 thousand or 25 thousand) towards the provisional admission.

Successful filling up form and payment of fees, together will complete the provisional admission process.

You will receive a telephone call as well as an email from Vishwakarma University to confirm form filling and receipt of 1st installment.

Note: Vishwakarma University (VU), Pune charges application form fee.

Documents required for UG and PG Program

1. 10th Examination Mark Sheet / Passing Certificate.
2. 12th Examination / Equivalent Diploma Mark Sheet / Passing Certificate.
3. Graduation Mark Sheet (if applicable).
4. Graduation Passing Certificate (if applicable).
5. Domicile Certificate / Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (anyone).
6. Nationality Certificate / Birth Certificate / Passport (anyone).
7. Entrance Test Score card (if applicable).
8. Two Latest Passport Size Photographs.
9. Transfer / Leaving Certificate from previous college - as and when available.
10. Migration Certificate (if applicable) - as and when available.
11. Aadhar Card.
12. PAN Card (if available).
13. Gap Certificate (if applicable)
14. Scanned Copy of Passport Size Photograph for I-Card and other documentation.
15. Scanned Copy of Signature for I-Card and other documentation.
16. For Reserved Category Students – Caste Certificate, Caste Validity, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, are additionally required (over and above listed documents).

Payment Options

Option I – Visit Accounts Section, Vishwakarma University Office, Pune, and deposit only DD or Cheque of requisite amount. No Cash Payment. DD / Cheque should not be deposited directly into the bank. It is to be deposited to University’s Accounts Section (Monday – Saturday, 10.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.). DD or Cheque is to be drawn in the name of “Vishwakarma University” Payable at Pune.

Option II – EDC Machine (Card Swipe Machine). Use Debit or Credit Card to swipe for payment of requisite fees at Accounts Counter, Vishwakarma University, Admissions Office, Pune.

Option III – RTGS / NEFT / IMPS (Immediate Payment Service - Interbank Electronic Fund Transfer)

After completion of the transaction, inform the accounts section at the earliest on email (accounts.university@vupune.ac.in) or visit the accounts section with the following details.
