Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BTech + MTech (Integrated) in Vellore Institute of Technology

Candidate should pass 10+2 with minimum 65% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).

The qualification criteria is relaxed by 10% i.e. 55% in PCM for applicants belong to SC/ST and applicants from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura.

Candidate should be Resident Indian National.

Selection Process:  The Admission will be on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination (10+2).
