Application Procedure for BA in The American CollegeDOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM
Please submit the application form along with the Demand draft for Rs. 50/- Favoring ‘The Bursar, The American College’ payable at Madurai.
The following should be attached to the application form:
1. A self-addressed stamped (Rs.15) envelope.
2. Attested photocopy of mark statement in the qualifying examination / Downloaded mark statement certified by the Headmaster / Headmistress concerned.
3. Attested photocopy of the Community Certificate.
4. In case of CSI Christians of Madurai-Ramnad Diocese or Christians of any other denominations a certificate from the pastor of the church should be enclosed, along with a photocopy of the membership card.
5. Differently abled applicants should produce medical certificates to support their claim.
6. Sports persons at the District / State level should submit copies of relevant certificates.
7. Applicants whose parents are not graduates should submit a certificate from the Headmaster / Headmistress of the school last studied to avail the reservation for first generation learner.
8. Children of Ex-servicemen / Defence personnel should submit copies of certificates to substantiate their claim.
9. Applicants of Tamil origin from Andaman-Nicobar Islands should submit a certificate to this effect.
10. Overseas Applicants should submit Eligibility, Passport and Visa Documents
